BADMINTON CLUB
If
you are interested in learning how to play, come on in to the OPC. Opportunities are available
for fun and competitive play. Come out and enjoy this great game.
BASKETBALL
Have
you seen the basketball courts at OPC? We play 3 on 3 basketball after
a brief warm up. A fun competitive time is had by all. We
are always looking for more players. It is basketball season and
we are enjoying the conversation and play each week. Come out and
get into shape and have some fun.
BILLIARDS
There
are three pool tables and one shuffleboard table available for
use. Come and join the men and women who already play this
sport. There is no charge to play or watch.
BOCCE BALL
Bocce
Ball is an ancient game, resembles bowling. Teams consist of two
- eight players. Work on your skills and techniques as the
strategy of the game can change with each throw of the ball
BOCCE BALL LEAGUE
Sept 4, 11, 18, 25 - Join
OPC Bocce Ball League in the beautiful Palazzo di Bocce, 4291 Lapeer
Road, Orion Township, Michigan - "America's First Palace of
Bocce". Palazzo di Bocce is a great place to learn and play
bocce, relax and enjoy some great food. Minimum 8. Maximum
16.
BOWLING
Senior Drop-in. Practice begins at 9:15 a.m. Games begin at 9:30 a.m.
GOLF, BALD MOUNTAIN
Bald
Mountain Golf Course is laid out over hilly terrain with relatively
narrow fairways and an abundance of dogleg holes. The par 3's are
a good set, including the back-to-back 13th and 14th. Bald
Mountain also has a nine-hole Executive Course, at 1625 yards against a
par 29 for men, and 32 for women.
GOLF, HAMPTON SENIOR LEAGUE
A
scenic 9 hole layout that is designed for the enjoyment of both
beginners and experienced golfers. Narrow fairways, numerous
bunkers and many water hazards compliment this enticing par-33

GOLF, TWIN LAKES GOLF COURSE
Sept 6, 13, 20, 27 - You
must call ahead for tee times. No more than 2 weeks in
advance. Senior Designer Raymond Hearn emulated some of the great
risk-reward scenarios found on classic Scottish courses. Natural
vegetation, prairie grasses, wildflowers, and deep depressions all
blend to create outstanding contrasts and transitions found on classic
Scottish courses.
GOLF PRACTICE
Work
on your golf game year around, practice your golf swing, chipping, or
putting. Hit practice balls into the net off the turf or use the
putting greens to practice your putting.
HOCKEY, ADULT DROP-IN
OPC
is looking for a senior hockey players to form a team. Full
equipment is required for all players. Contact Matt Spierling

ICE SKATING

PICKLE BALL
If
you play tennis, you will love this game! I guarantee that you
will have a great time! Come out and have some fun with this
exciting new game.
TABLE TENNIS
Meet
some new friends here at the OPC while having a great time playing
table tennis. Many people are already playing so join in on the
fun! We have many fine players and all who play are very friendly.
VOLLEYBALL
Do
you want to improve your volleyball skills? Practice is every
Friday for anyone that is interested, so lace up those sneakers and
have a good time! Members of the "A,B,C,D," leagues practice and
new players with volleyball skills are encouraged to come out and get
involved.
PUTT PUTT GOLF, TABLE TENNIS, BASKETBALL, BADMINTON & PICKLE BALL
These activities are available each afternoon for anyone to play either
by yourself or with a friend. Anytime outside the scheduled times
above you are welcome to come out to the gym and play. Please
take the opportunity to enjoy these activities.
